Ephesians 3:20
Paul is praying for the Ephesians that they will receive strength and power through the Holy Spirit and that they will grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ….and then Paul ends his pray with this powerful promise. “Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work in us” (Eph. 3:20). Be encouraged that your Savior wants you to experience him in ways that we cannot imagine. With Jesus it is not just the “calf” it is the “fatted calf”, not just a “robe” but the best robe, not just joy but “great joy”, not just peace but a “peace that passes all understanding”, not just gold but “fine gold”, not just wisdom but “pure wisdom” and finally not just life but the “abundant life”. Have you trusted the Lord to provide for you what your mind cannot measure or imagine? He is just a prayer away…..
